Allen & Overy, one of the largest law companies in the world, has announced a significant partnership with Harvey, a startup AI lawyer that is backed by OpenAI. 3,500 attorneys from the law firm are collaborating with Harvey on this deal.
“It’s not cutting out anyone, it’s not a cost-cutting exercise, it’s a nice smart way of working,” said the head of market’s innovation group, David Wakeling.
Capabilities? Answer complex legal questions, leveraging millions of documents, generate unique work product, learn from lawyer feedback, create firm-specific models.
